The first issue of The Pre-Code Companion is now available at Amazon. It runs 89 pages and costs $2.99, with all profits being donated to the ASPCA.
This issue’s contributors are:
- Baby Face – Kim Luperi
- Barbara Stanwyck – Clint Worthington
- Red Headed Woman – Cliff Aliperti
- Jean Harlow – Le Magalhães
- Waterloo Bridge – Jake Woehlke
- Mae Clarke – Karen Burroughs Hannsberry
If you’re curious what the next issue, to be released on October 15th, will bring, check out the Companion’s page here. I’ve also opened up Issue #4 for contributors, so check it out and see if there’s anything there that you may be interested in writing about.

I’ll have to check it out. I appreciate your articles and the few of other bloggers I have seen. Looking forward to sampling others.

Brilliant – off to download it! Just noticed that issue #3 features one of my all time favourite movies, so consider it pre ordered…

Enjoyed this first issue a lot, and would recommend it to others! Those who don’t have a Kindle you could always download a virtual Kindle. 🙂
